Warmer weather is right around the corner and that means road trips! Before you pack up the car and head across the country, there are a few things to keep in mind and a few things to make sure you pack.
- Keep a first aid kit in the car. Who knows when you might stop to check out some scenery and trip and fall? Or get stung by a bee? Always be prepared, you never know what awaits you out there!
- Have an emergency road kit that should include road flairs, an extra blanket, a flashlight and batteries, and bottled water. Just in case you get stuck on the side of the road with no help around for miles these few basic things that you will be glad to have.
- Make sure your vehicle is good to go. Part of the joy of road tripping is driving with the windows down and the tunes turned up. So before you set off to make sure all your fluids are topped off, your oil is changed, and your tires are in good shape.
